Denise joined Care for Me in June of 2025 and received the relevant training to begin working as one of our Weekend On Call Coordinators. In this role she acts as a company liaison between Care for Me and our Care staff and Clients, while also coordinating any care and scheduling needs outside of office opening hours from Friday evening to Monday morning, ensuring all shifts are covered and that adequate relief care is organised when needed. As part of this vital role she also reports and escalates any incidents or concerns to a Care Manager.
