Ailish began working with Care for Me in December of 2011 as a home care coordinator. After amassing the relevant experience, Ailish was promoted to Home Care Manager. In late 2016, Ailish was promoted to Senior Home Care Manager and head of her department. Ailish’s work ethic, empathy and compassion have greatly enhanced our person-centred approach to our clients, which in turn has significantly improved the quality of the service we provide. Ailish is now a fully qualified manual handling and patient handling instructor, which has greatly helped with the constant upskilling of our care team. As of early 2019, Ailish has also been a strong part of our internal Business Development program, which strives to improve and expand the company, from both a service provision perspective as well as administrative.
